Abstract

Procédé et dispositif d'assemblage de panneaux. La présente invention décrit un procédé d'assemblage de panneaux qui comprend les étapes suivantes : application d'un adhésif thermodurcissable sur la zone de raccordement d'un premier panneau qui doit être fixé à la zone de raccordement d'un second panneau, l'appariage des zones de raccordement des premier et second panneaux, le chauffage d'une partie de la zone de raccordement du premier ou du second panneau de façon à durcir l'adhésif sur cette partie, par passage d'un courant, de préférence d'un courant à haute fréquence, à travers la partie située entre les électrodes qui sont en contact avec cette partie, ce qui a pour effet d'assembler temporairement les premier et second panneaux, puis le chauffage de toute la zone de raccordement des premier et second panneaux de façon à durcir la totalité de l'adhésif de la zone de raccordement. Un dispositif permettant le durcissement partiel de l'adhésif thermodurcissable est également décrit. Application aux procédés d'assemblage de parties de véhicules automobiles.
