L'invention a trait à un dispositif de type chaise apte à permettre la mise à l'eau, en piscine ou autre bassin, d'handicapés-moteurs. Le dispositif est réalisé en éléments démontables comprenant préférentiellement : un siège 1, un élément tubulaire à branches multiples 7 dans lequel vient se loger un manchon Il qui sert également d'élément intermédiaire pour un levier 21; la translation verticale et/ou angulaire du siege est effectuée autour d'un axe correspondant à une tige verticale solidaire d'un socle 15 déposé au sol ou sur un support qui surplombe la nappe de mise à l'eau. Application à tous types de mise à l'eau pour handicapés physiques.
