Abstract

a. Installation d'allumage pour moteur à combustion interne. b. Installation caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu, pour le transistor d'allumage, comme protection contre les surtensions, une liaison collecteur-base comportant au moins un élément à valeur de seuil dans une dérivation en parallèle située entre le collecteur et la base du transistor d'allumage et en ce qu'il est prévu au moins un composant semi-conducteur qui permet d'interdire l'écoulement par le circuit collecteur-émetteur du transistor supplémentaire du courant qui s'écoule dans la dérivation en parallèle lors de la réponse de l'élément à valeur de seuil.
