Abstract

Cette invention concerne une machine à laver, notamment la vaisselle, comprenant un ou plusieurs postes de lavage, et un poste de rinçage à haute température, la vaisselle étant acheminée à travers la machine. Un condenseur est destiné à absorber les buées se formant principalement au poste de rinçage. Suivant l'invention, ce condenseur est du type << laveur de gaz >>. De l'eau froide est pulvérisée dans son enceinte et est mise en contact direct avec ces buées afin de les condenser. Tout ou partie de l'eau ayant condensé les buées, qui a ainsi récupéré leur chaleur interne, est transférée à à une cuve réchauffante où elle est prélevée après un chauffage complémentaire pour être envoyée au poste de lavage. Cette machine fournit sous un faible encombrement un fonctionnement sans buées et avec une économie possible d'énergie par récupération.
