Abstract

L'invention concerne des agents composites constitués de pentoxyde de phosphore avec du pentoxyde de vanadium ou du trioxyde de bismuth pour le frittage des ferrites de Lithium. On fritte des ferrites de lithium avec un mélange de pentoxyde de phosphore et de pentoxyde de vanadium ou de trioxyde de bismuth pour produire des tores de mémoire de densité élevée et de faible taille des grains ayant des facteurs de qualité élevés; les ferrites de lithium peuvent contenir des ions additionnels tels que des ions zinc, nickel et manganèse. L'invention s'applique en particulier à la préparation de tores de mémoire.
