Abstract

a. L'invention concerne un isolateur en matière plastique se composant d'une tige en résine renforcée de fibres ou de particules et de parapluies ayant les propriétés des élastomères, ainsi qu'un procédé pour leur fabrication. b. Le procédé consiste à emmancher sur une tige en matière plastique renforcée pour résister aux contraintes mécaniques des parapluies en un matériau élastomère, possédant un alésage intérieur, les parapluies étant fixés les uns aux autres et étant assemblés directement les uns aux autres pour former un assemblage de parapluies, qui se trouve sous une contrainte de traction axiale, les extrémités de l'assemblage de parapluies étant fixées à la tige et/ou à l'armature, l'espace compris entre l'assemblage de parapluies et la tige étant rempli d'un liquide isolant ou d'une graisse isolante. c. L'invention trouve son application principale dans la fabrication d'isolateurs en matière plastique pour les installations de distribution d'énergie.
