Abstract

Surface de cuisson en céramique vitrifiée, avec un encadrement fixé par un collage à élasticité permanente sur tout son pourtour. L'encadrement 2, 4, 5 est collé à la surface de cuisson 1 de telle manière qu'il apparaisse entre la surface de cuisson 1 et la branche débordante 4 de l'encadrement, du fait d'un écartement déterminé entre le chanfrein 5 et la surface de cuisson 1, une fente 3 étroite qui est comblée avec une colle à élasticité permanente 6 de façon qu'une jonction soit réalisée avec la face antérieure du chanfrein 5, ce chanfrein 5 étant collé de façon étanche et mécaniquement résistante à la surface de cuisson 1.
