Abstract

a. Appareillage et procédé pour congeler une masse de liquide en une section de grand diamètre d'une ligne de transmission de fluide. b. Appareilage caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une chambre annulaire entourant la ligne de transmission alimentée en fluide réfrigérant, un distributeur disposé dans la chambre et des conduites dirigeant le fluide réfrigérant dans différentes zones de la chambre. c. L'invention s'applique au contrôle et à l'entretien des pipelines pétroliers.
