Abstract

L'invention a trait à des perfectionnements apportés aux écrans de projection par transparence. Elle a pour objet un écran de projection par transparence comportant un réseau de lentilles pour réfracter la lumière projetée sur l'arrière de l'écran et présenter la lumière réfractée sous la forme d'une image sur l'avant de l'écran, ce réseau de lentilles possédant un ensemble de lentilles réparties sur la surface de l'écran, et un masquage étant prévu sur l'écran pour réduire une réflexion de la lumière ambiante. Le masquage comporte un matériau absorbant la lumière et délimite des ouvertures pour le passage de la lumière à travers le masquage. Un dispositif de diffusion est associé au réseau de lentilles pour transmettre de façon diffuse la lumière projetée à travers l'écran. Application notamment à la projection d'images.
