Abstract
The explosive missile such as an anti-tank grenade designed to reduce implosion effects, is also subjected to a heat treatment for a determined length of time under reduced pressure to ensure the elimination of moisture. To carry out the treatment, the hole (10) at the rear of the casing, in which the firing ring is fitted, is used. The size of the hole is determined by the calibre, and length of the casing containing the explosive charge, and the size of the charge itself. After treatment, the hole is sealed and the firing ring fitted, using a sealing ring.
