Abstract

Tuyère de haut fourneau constituée d'un substrat de tuyère composé de cuivre ou d'un alliage de cuivre, d'une couche métallisée d'alliage auto-fondant pulvérisé sur la surface du substrat, un revêtement de cermet pulvérisé sur la surface de la couche métallisée et un revêtement céramique pulvérisé sur la surface du revêtement de cermet, cette tuyère étant caractérisée en ce que le revêtement de cermet est constitué d'un mélange d'un matériau d'alliage constitué essentiellement de 5 à 60 % en poids de cobalt, de 5 à 50 % en poids de nickel, de 5 à 25 % en poids de chrome, de 5 à 40 % en poids de molybdène, de à 40 % en poids de tungstène, de 3 à 40 % en poids de silicium et des impuretés inévitables et d'un matériau céramique de structure eutectique, constitué essentiellement de 95 à 65 % en poids de Al 2 O3 , de 5 à 30 % en poids de ZrO2 , de 2 à 20 % en poids de TiO2 , de 3 à 30 % en poids de SiO2 et des impuretés inévitables et, en ce que le revêtement céramique est constitué du même matériau céramique que celui utilisé pour la formation du revêtement de cermet.
