Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à la fixation d'os à des substances à surface poreuse riches en silicone et à surface spécifique élevée et en particulier à un implant dentaire ou chirurgical et à son procédé de fabrication pour fixation sur l'os. La surface de fixation comprend une substance en céramique, en céramique de verre ou en verre biologiquement compatible comprenant au moins environ 80 % en poids de silicone et ayant une zone de surface spécifique d'au moins environ 80 m**2/g, une porosité d'environ 10 à environ 50 volumes %, et un diamètre de pore moyen d'environ 20 à 300 angströms. Application en art dentaire.
