Abstract

Diode de puissance. Cette diode comporte un boîtier dont l'une des extrémités est obturée par une embase qui est destinée à être emmanchée à force dans un orifice pratiqué dans une plaque-radiateur; sur la surface latérale du boîtier est ménagé un épaulement qui la divise en deux zones, la zone de plus faible section, qui est située du côté de l'ouverture du boîtier, servant à positionner la diode dans l'orifice avant son emmanchement à force. Destinée notamment à équiper un pont redresseur d'alternateur utilisé pour l'alimentation électrique de véhicules automobiles.
