Abstract
La présente invention concerne une conception nouvelle d'électrolyte destiné à être utilisé dans des générateurs de courant électrique et notamment dans les piles utilisant les couples MnO2 /Zn, MnO2 /Mg et MnO 2 /Al. L'électrolyte qui fait l'objet du présent brevet associe à une fonction dépolarisante de la masse positive, assurée par du chlorure d'ammonium en faibles concentrations, une fonction de passivation de l'anode, qui peut être assurée par divers inhibiteurs. L'invention apporte un perfectionnement nouveau au fonctionnement des piles au bioxyde de manganèse, en améliorant leurs performances.
