Abstract

La présente invention concerne un nouveau raccord isolant comportant une première bague à souder sur une extrémité de tuyau, ayant une extrémité en forme de tronc de cône et une seconde bague à souder sur l'autre tuyau, ayant une extrémité en forme de cylindre creux de diamètre extérieur sensiblement égal au diamètre terminal du tronc de cône de ladite première bague et une couronne extérieur de forme adéquate permettant de solidariser, par tout moyen connu, lesdites bagues, caractérisé en ce que ladite première bague est revêtue sur au moins les surfaces de sa partie tronconique, d'un revêtement à base de polyfluorure de vinylidène, ladite deuxième bague comporte dans sa face frontale faisant face à la première bague, une gorge prévue pour recevoir un joint torique d'étanchéité.
