Abstract

Appareil à désencrer de la pulpe à base de vieux papiers, par technique de flottation, pour la réutiliser à la fabrication de papier. On triture les vieux papiers, on mélange la pâte avec de l'eau et des agents de flottation et autres pour obtenir une suspension qu'on introduit dans la cuve de flottation. Un (ou plus d'un) injecteur 25 de suspension et d'air fait tourbillonner la suspension dans la cuve vers une sortie centrale 15. Des bulles d'air montent à la surface, entraînant les particules d'encre. Un déflecteur retient l'écume chargée d'encre, qui est évacuée par succion. Application au recyclage de vieux papiers imprimés.
