Abstract

The ball-point pen has a rectractable writing point inside the main body consisting of a support tube (1) with a conical opening (2) at one end, and a cap (3) screwed onto the other end. The tubular support (1) contains an ink tube (4) which has a magnetic part (6) fixed to the cap end. A stop piece (7) which has a cylindrical weight (8) mounted on its outer surface is fixed to the tube (4). The pen's case has a permanent magnet (9) attracting the magnetic piece (6).
