Abstract

Le coupleur hyperfréquence comporte sur une face d'un substrat de matériau diélectrique 1 un arrangement de zones et de bandes conductrices formant deux lignes coplanaires. La bande conductrice centrale 5, 6 des lignes coplanaires est prolongée par une autre bande conductrice 7, 8, une bande conductrice transversale 9 reliant électriquement les bandes conductrices 5, 6 et les bandes conductrices 7, 8. La deuxième face du substrat de matériau diélectrique opposée à la première face comporte une semelle conductrice 10 couplée électriquement à la zone conductrice centrale 2 commune aux lignes coplanaires. La semelle conductrice 10 forme avec les bandes conductrices 7, 8 des lignes microbandes. Application aux circuits et microcircuits hyperfréquence.
