Abstract

L'élément à chicanes est conçu pour assurer une fabrication économique permettant, à partir d'une même pièce brute, d'obtenir uniquement par des opérations de tournage une grande variété de pièces adaptées à de nombreux types de dispositifs de limitation de l'énergie d'un fluide en écoulement. Il est constitué par un disque en couronne circulaire à deux faces planes parallèles d'empilage, perpendiculaires à son axe, dont l'une porte des bossages radiaux 3 et l'autre des rainures radiales correspondantes ayant leur fond 11 parallèle aux faces planes et destinées à recevoir les bossages d'un disque adjacent de façon à ménager, entre chaque bossage et la rainure associée, un passage tortueux 12-13 limité par des surfaces qu'on obtient aux cotes désirées par des opérations de tournage.
