Abstract
Una junta hermética de laberinto para turbina de vapor, en forma de panal, ranurada caracterizada porque incluye una base una pluralidad de hileras de celdas de panal que se extienden radiales hacia dentro desde la base, de modo que cada celda este abierta en un punto adyacente a un aspa rotatoria de la turbina de vapor; una pluralidad de conductos formados de modo que cada celda esté conectada con, cuando menos, un conducto y, cuando menos, un conducto abra corriente arriba de las hileras de las celdas de panal, y cuando menos, un conducto esté abierto corriente abajo de las hileras de celdas de panal, para permitir que el vapor circule por los conductos y las celdas desde el lado de corriente arriba hasta el lado de corriente abajo de la junta de laberinto en forma de panal.
