Abstract

Articulation du coude se présentant sous la forme d'une endoprothèse intégrale. Articulation comportant au moins une articulation à charnière pourvue de tiges d'ancrage dont l'une doit être reliée à l'humérus et dont l'autre doit etre reliée au cubitus, l'axe de l'articulation à charnière remplaçant l'axe de flexion et de déploiement du bras naturel, et dans laquelle l'extrémité de l'articulation à charnière 1 située du côté du radius est reliée rigidement à une articulation tournante 14 pour le radius, qui comporte au moins deux degrés de liberté, à savoir un degré permettant un mouvement de rotation d'une tige d'articulation 21, à ancrer dans le radius, autour de l'axe de flexion et de déploiement 6 de l'articulation à charnière 1, et un autre degré permettant un mouvement de rotation de cette tige d'articulation 21 autour de l'axe longitudinal 16 du radius. Application à la prothèse du coude.
