Abstract
L'invention concerne la régénération thermique de coke ou de charbon actif. Les granulés sont chauffés dans un dispositif de désorption comportant essentiellement une partie inférieure traversée par plusieurs conduits sensiblement verticaux, une partie centrale et une partie supérieure traversées par des conduits sensiblement verticaux. Les granulés sont chauffés sous forme de couche fluidisée, par injection directe d'une partie du courant de gaz de désorption après avoir été préchauffés immédiatement avant l'entrée dans la zone chaude et refroidis immédiatement après la sortie de la zone chaude, au moyen d'un fluide d'échange thermique séparé du fluide traversant la zone chaude. L'invention permet d'assurer un bon transfert de chaleur en évitant une dilution excessive du gaz de désorption.
