Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent corrosion in a cooling part by mixing inactivated carbonaceous substance with inert gas and heating the mixture to regenerate it and discharging desorption material together with inert gas and cooling the regenerated carbonaceous substance and purging the desorption material with inert gas. CONSTITUTION:Inactivated carbonaceous substance used for dry flue-gas treatment is fed to a regenerator 1 via an upper valve V1 and fed to a first mixing zone 3 via a storage zone 2 and mixed with inert gas fed through a line 7 and the mixture is heated with heat transfer pipes 8 of a heating zone 4 and the carbonaceous substance is regenerated by discharging a desorption material such as SOx, NH3 and HCl. Then the inert gas containing the desorption material in a separating zone 5 is discharged through a line 10 and on the other hand, the carbonaceous substance is fed to a cooling zone 15, cooled and transferred to a second mixing zone 17 and brought into contact with the inert gas fed through a line 14 at counter current and desorption material is completely purged and carried through the line 10. The regenerated carbonaceous substance is taken out via a lower valve V2.
