Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de sectionnement, notamment une vanne de sectionnement pour fluides. Dans ce dispositif possédant un boîtier 10, où débouchent deux conduites 11, 12 et contenant une pièce de fermeture 14 déplaçable au moyen d'une broche 13, la pièce 14 contient une soupape de décharge comportant un piston 22 qui peut être repoussé contre un siège de soupape 26 et dont l'autre face est reliée à l'espace intérieur du boîtier 10, les surfaces chargées par la pression du piston 22 étant telles que dans le cas d'une surpression dans le boîtier, le piston s'écarte du siège 26 et l'espace intérieur du boîtier est relié à l'extrémité 11 de conduite, chargée par la pression de service. Application notamment aux systèmes véhiculant de la vapeur sous pression.
