Abstract

Dispositif de protection pour machine de fendage comportant un outil 1 conique dont la partie antérieure 4 porte une pointe 7 filetée et une table de travail 2 avec un plateau 3 sur lequel est placée la pièce de bois à fendre. Le protecteur 8, en forme de palette, est monté élastiquement sur un bras pivotant 12, réalisé par exemple sous forme d'une lame-ressort 13 de façon telle qu'il s'efface quand on place la pièce de bois sur le plateau 3 et qu'il revient en sa position initiale dès que l'outil a percé la pièce de bois. Ce dispositif empêche que la pointe 7 blesse, directement ou non, l'utilisateur.
