Abstract

Dispositif de contrôle destiné à arrêter le fonctionnement d'un générateur de calories fonctionnant au gaz du type comprenant un corps de chauffe muni d'un échangeur, plus particulièrement d'un chauffe-eau, chauffe-bain, chaudière de chauffage central à eau chaude, dans lequel l'alimentation du brûleur est interrompue par suite d'une augmentation du taux d'oxyde de carbone dans les produits de la combustion, résultant d'un encrassement de l'échangeur ou d'une surcharge au brûleur, ce dispositif étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une sonde thermique, placée dans un logement relativement étanche ménagé dans la paroi de la chambre de combustion, les moyens permettant d'isoler cette sonde thermique de ladite paroi, et un moyen du type thermostat, fusible thermique et similaire, réagissant à une augmentation de température pour, de façon connue en soi, interrompre l'alimentation en gaz du brûleur ou actionner un système d'alarme.
