Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication d'un éplucheur à légumes selon lequel on forme une lame par étampage. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'étampage, on découpe une bande de métal 3 que l'on incurve transversalement, on en détache une partie 4 selon une génératrice de la bande de métal incurvée 3 et on déplace un bord 8 en direction radiale vers l'extérieur de l'incurvation de la bande, qu'on affûte ce bord 8 et qu'on monte la lame à l'extrémité d'un manche 2. Application : éplucheur pour asperges.
