Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil permettant d'extraire totalement ou partiellement la pulpe d'un fruit selon un bloc cylindrique ou un empilage de tranches circulaires après séparation d'avec la matière fibreuse centrale. Il comporte un tube central 1 formant emporte-pièce équipé d'une poignée de manoeuvre 2 sous laquelle est implantée pointe en bas une lame 3 destinée à sectionner la pulpe selon un plan de coupe cylindrique. Une ou plusieurs lames basculantes 8 tourillonnant autour d'un axe horizontal reliant la lame 3 au tube 1 découpe la base de la pulpe selon un plan horizontal. L'appareil s'applique à tous les fruits ou légumes à écorce et plus particulièrement aux ananas.
