Abstract

Cette préparation pharmaceutique sous forme de sirop contient l'association de gentamycine et de kaolin. Le kaolin présente une teneur en métaux lourds et en fer inférieure à 2 ppm; pour purifier le kaolin, on le soumet à un traitement par l'acide chlorhydrique aqueux dilué, à une température supérieure à la température ambiante. On prépare ainsi des sirops anti-diarrhéiques remarquablement stables.
