Abstract

La présente invention concerne une machine automatique pour la fabrication de café à partir de grains torréfiés. La machine comporte un système à bielle et à manivelle à arrêt programmé, propre à approcher et à éloigner d'un porte-filtre fixe chauffé un cylindre avec un piston auquel est incorporé le filtre supérieur, ce cylindre ayant pour rôle de réchauffer l'eau, de la mettre en pression et d'éjecter la pastille de café épuisée, à la faveur d'un déplacement latéral du cylindre. L'invention s'applique aux groupes automatiques destinés à la fabrication de café expresso dans les ménages et les communautés.
