Abstract

Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que l'on compare un signal mesuré S, représentatif des forces de frottement qui naissent entre le lingot et la lingotière au cours d'une opération de coulée continue et obtenu en sélectionnant suivant au moins deux bandes de fréquence les composantes du signal représentatif des forces de frottement susmentionnées, avec un signal de référenoe prédéterminé de nature analogue, en ce qu'à partir de cette opération de comparaison, on décèle le comportement anormal d'un ou plusieurs des paramètres de la coulée continue, et en ce que l'on modifie simultanément ou séquentiellement un ou plusieurs de ces paramètres de façon à ce que le signal mesuré se rapproche le plus possible du signal de référence prédéterminé et considéré comme idéal dans le cas d'une bonne coulée.
