CE PROCEDE VISE A OBTENIR UNE DISSOLUTION RAPIDE DANS L'EAU D'UN GEL DE POLYMERE AQUASOLUBLE POUR PREPARER UNE SOLUTION AQUEUSE DILUEE DE CE POLYMERE. LE PROCEDE SELON L'INVENTION CONSISTE A EXTRUDER LE GEL10, A TRONCONNER LES BRINS OBTENUS49 ET A METTRE EN SUSPENSION DANS L'EAU34 LES PARTICULES RESULTANT DU TRONCONNAGE. ON SOUMET ENSUITE LA SUSPENSION A DE PUISSANTES FORCES DE CISAILLEMENT58, 60, 62 POUR FORMER UNE SUSPENSION DE PARTICULES TRES FINES. CETTE SUSPENSION EST MELANGEE A UN SUPPLEMENT D'EAU DANS DES CONDITIONS DE FAIBLE CISAILLEMENT, POUR FORMER LA SOLUTION AQUEUSE DILUEE DU POLYMERE.
