A three-way cock (6) is built into the pressure pipe (4) of the high pressure rotary pump (2) from which a pipe line leads into the tank (1). This makes it possible to provide suction and fill the rotary pump through the compressor. The additional use of a membrane pump or jet appts. in the system is not required.
