Abstract

Procédé de montage de raccords pour tuyauteries hautes pressions, du type bague à sertir avec joint complémentaire d'étanchéité, comprenant un corps rigide présentant un alésage et à l'une de ses extrémités une partie filetée extérieure sur laquelle est vissé un écrou rigide. La bague biconique 5 présente des dimensions supérieures aux dimensions intérieures du taraudage 2c de l'écrou 2, avant que ladite bague 5 subisse un sertissage complet et total, et que la bague conique présente après sertissage, des dimensions inférieures à celles du taraudage de l'écrou 2, de telle sorte que l'écrou 2 ne puisse être monté sur le raccord avant sertissage complet et total de la bague biconique 5. L'invention est utilisée pour la réalisation de raccords haute pression.
