Abstract

Procédé et dispositif pour la fabrication de mélanges activés à partir de matières minérales qui, prélevées sur des récipients de stockage 1a à 1d et dosées dans des équipements doseurs 2a à 2d, sont mélangées et homogénéisées aptes avoir éventuellement subi une fragmentation préalable et un séchage. Le mélange et l'homogénéisation des particules des constituants s'effectuent de façon à réaliser en même temps une activation mécanochimique des particules en leur faisant subir dans un appareil approprié 6 de 3 à 8 coups en l'espace de 10**-2 à 10**-3 seconde. L'invention est applicable à l'étanchéification et à la consolidation de sols poreux, couches rocheuses, parois de trous de forage, puits, galeries, etc.
