Abstract

Appareil de détection de fuite de gaz à spectromètre de masse. Il se caractérise par deux dispositifs de pompage dont un a une vitesse de pompage différente pour l'air et pour le gaz à analyser, et par un dispositif d'étranglement connecté entre le dispositif de pompage sélectif et le premier dispositif de pompage, ce dispositif d'étranglement ayant une ouverture choisie de manière à laisser passer un débit qui est très faible comparé au débit produit par le dispositif de pompage sélectif pour l'air. Cet appareil est utilisé pour le contrôle de dispositifs divers, par exemple un engin spatial.
