Abstract

The push button operating unit is able to be fitted to the outlet tube from the valve of the container. It has a skirt (19) which is co-axial with the spray nozzle (12) and extends in front of it. The skirt limits and directs the spray pattern. The free edge of the skirt is circular and of a diameter equal to that of the container so as to be able to be engaged with the container and serve as a cap. The skirt has an internal rim (22) over at least part of its circumference which clips over the neck of the container.
