Abstract

Procédé perfectionné pour préparer une matière magnétique douce phosphorée par mélange de poudre de fer et de poudre de ferrophosphore, le mélange contenant de 0,4 à 1,25 % de phosphore, formation d'un objet compact par compression du mélange et frittage de l'objet compact en atmosphère non oxydante. On mélange une poudre de ferrophosphore ne contenant pas plus de 0,2 % de calcium, à une teneur en phosphore de 12 à 30 %, avec de la poudre de fer ne contenant pas plus de 0,02 % de calcium. On a constaté que le calcium avait une influence défavorable sur les propriétés magnétiques; en limitant la teneur en calcium des deux constituants, on obtient des masses magnétiques possédant de meilleures propriétés.
