Abstract

Procédé d'emballage sous pellicule thermoplastique rétractable à bande d'arrachage consistant à pousser un produit dans un rideau formé par la réunion des bords d'une pellicule et d'une bande. La première soudure est réalisée sans tension, la bande d'arrachage étant déroulée d'une longueur déterminée. Avant de pousser le produit dans le rideau, on serre et maintient la pellicule d'emballage au-dessus de la soudure de manière que celle-ci ne soit pas soumise à une traction pendant l'emballage. La pellicule est ensuite libérée puis on fournit une longueur déterminée de bande avant de faire la deuxième soudure. La machine comporte un dispositif de serrage et de maintien assurant la continuité de la table en position active.
