Abstract

L'invention concerne un montage à transistors, notamment utilisable comme comparateur électronique. Ce montage contient un amplificateur différentiel comportant les transistors Q1 , Q2 et un transistor à effet de champ Q3 ainsi que des organes RC R1 C 1 ; K2 C2 réalisant une réaction positive dans le circuit, et peut être commuté entre un état stable et un état instable en fournissant un signal de sortie dont la polarité dépend de la différence existant à l'instant considéré à l'entrée du montage. Application notamment aux comparateurs de tension.
