Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de mise en pâte de déchets de papier. L'appareil se compose d'un bassin avec rotor de mise en pâte et sortie par le fond, qui alimente par une glissière la tour d'un éliminateur de détritus; une cuve placée en haut de la tour reçoit par un convoyeur les matériaux de rebut, et déverse dans une trémie la boue liquide entre des dents de criblage qui écartent latéralement les gros morceaux d'impuretés; cette boue, après passage dans un dépastilleur, est recyclée vers le bassin de mise en pâte. L'évacuation continue de liquide de l'éliminateur maintient le liquide dans le bassin au-dessus du niveau de liquide dans la tour. L'invention s'applique à la transformation en pâte des déchets de papier du commerce.
