Abstract

Le finissage des tricots tubulaires consiste à les étirer latéralement pour les aplatir en double épaisseur et leur donner une largeur prédéterminée avant de les vaporiser et de les calandrer. Le procédé et la machine selon l'invention améliorent cette technique de finissage en réduisant au minimum la largeur des rives latérales du tricot qui ne sont pas convenablement traitées dans les procédés et par les machines de la technique antérieure. Application aux techniques de finissage des étoffes en tricot.
