Dispositif caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison comporte des moyens liés à l'aile élastique pour rapprocher par pression les deux ailes du U, et en ce que ces moyens dépassent à l'extérieur au-dessus du côté du bras d'essuie-glace opposé à la vitre de façon appropriée, au-delà de l'aile d'agrafe qui prolonge ce bras d'essuie-glace. c. L'invention s'applique notamment aux véhicules automobiles.
