Abstract
Procédé pour séparer un solide granulaire à grains fins tassés d'un liquide dont il est saturé. On tasse le mélange humide dans un récipient qu'on ferme et qu'on chauffe par dessous. Le liquide subit une évaporation qui s'amorce en bas du récipient et refoule le liquide des parties inférieures vers la surface du mélange, d'où on peut l'évacuer. On utilise comme récipients des barils d'huile courants. Après élimination du liquide, on peut charger le récipient et son contenu dans un four métallurgique ou mettre le contenu à la voirie. Applications particulières : déchets de meulage, dépôts de bain de décapage, oxydes métalliques provenant de filtres métallurgiques.
