Abstract

Appareil et procédé de séchage par air chaud de produits liquides atomises. Le sécheur comprend un dispositif provoquant l'écoulement laminaire réglé de l'air par une chambre de séchage, à la pression atmosphérique. Le produit séché qui est pulvérisé dans la chambre par une plaque de répartition de l'air est entouré immédiatement par un courant d'air relativement rapide et par un courant d'air à la vitesse plus faible. La poudre du produit séché tombe au fond de la chambre d'où elle est évacuée par un mécanisme à raclettes. Application au séchage de produits sensibles à la chaleur tels que des produits alimentaires dans des conditions d'hygiène, avec récupération maximale de produit pour un sécheur de dimensions minimales.
