Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en secadoras para el secado por pulverización de productos termosensibles, tal como productos alimenticios caracterizado porque se dota a cada secadora de un distribuidor; una cámara de secado; una placa de distribución del aire, colocada entre el distribuidor y la cámara de secado para distribuir aire al interior de la cámara de secado, comprendiendo la placa de distribución la combinación de un miembro de placa; una serie de primeras toberas tubulares alargadas montadas en posiciones separadas en la placa; una serie de segundas toberas tubulares, relativamente pequeñas montadas en la placa con separación aproximadamente uniforme; teniendo las toberas primeras y segundas sus ejes colocados en posición aproximadamente perpendicular a la placa; unos atomizadores de fluido montados en las primeras toberas y medios en los extremos de salida del aire de las toberas primeras y segundas para hacer que se extienda y se abra el aire que sale de la segunda tobera.
