Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour la déshydratation par pulvérisation de produits liquides. Dans ce procédé on pulvérise le produit liquide dans une chambre de déshydratatson par pulverisation 10, on alimente du gaz de séchage 11 dans ladite chambre de déshydratation par pulvérisation 10, on fait passer la phase gazeuse d'échappement 17 provenant de la chambre de déshydratation par pulvérisation dans un épurateur de gaz 26 pour éliminer les particules solides de la phase gazeuse et l'on chauffe au moins une partie du produit liquide jusqu'à la température de pasteurisation en utilisant immédiatement après le produit liquide pasteurisé comme liquide de lavage dans l'épurateur de gaz 26 avant de le pulvériser dans la chambre de déshydratation par pulvérisation 10. Ce procédé est utilisé avec des produits laitiers.
