Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de traitement des eaux usées par des boues activées en présence d'oxygène pur ou d'air fortement enrichi. Elle est caractérisée en ce que les eaux sont traitées dans une zone préalable de fermentation puis dans une zone de traitement par les boues activées, le temps de séjour des eaux usées dans la zone préalable étant réglé en fonction de la charge polluante des eaux à traiter, de sorte que la multiplication des bactéries se poursuive au taux correspondant à la phase exponentielle. Elle a pour objet un procédé amélioré d'obtention d'eaux épurées.
