Abstract

La présente invention concerne des moyens de détection de niveau de tension d'alimentation pour circuits intégrés. Ce dispositif de détection comprend un circuit 12 pour produire à partir de la tension d'alimentation VDD deux tensions de référence V1 et V2 qui varient de façons différentes mais prédéterminées avec la tension de référence Les valeurs V1 et V2 deviennent égales pour une valeur prédéterminée Vx de VDD choisie à un niveau suffisamment élevé pour assurer la génération de signaux logiques valides. La détection de l'égalité des tensions V1 et V 2 est assurée par un circuit 14 qui envoie un signal de validation 16 aux autres parties du circuit. Application aux microcalculateurs.
