Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de conversion enzymatique. L'invention concerne un procédé de conversion chimique à l'aide d'enzymes qui est effectuée en passant une solution du substrat par une série de lits fluidisés d'enzyme immobilisé, les particules d'enzyme étant amenées de façon discontinue et contre le sens du courant de la solution depuis un lit fluidisé vers un lit fluidisé attenant Par préférence, on effectue le procédé dans une colonne, divisée par des organes horizontaux en plusieurs compartiments superposés distincts, chaque compartiment contenant un lit fluidisé d'enzyme. L'invention permet une meilleure utilisation de l'activité enzymatique et une conversion plus complète du substrat
